Call for opens and patent disclosures:

- No one declared a patent.

- Bob: DesignCon

- Mike: Nikonchuk request

AR Review:

- Moshiul created new sample checklist for iqsample.ibs
  - Moshiul sent a checklist wit typos fixed
  - Still need to update for iqsample.ibs
  - Mike will post

- Mike add MS 2003 format files to IQ checklist upload
  - TBD

New items:

Summit:
- Moshiul: Randy will give an IQ checklist presentation
  - Moshiul co-author

Nikonchuk request:
- Freescale, may be in Russia
- Better to update the cookbook than IQ
- Bob: Some companies have tools like s2ibis3
- Mike: We could address either how to make models or how to measure them
- Moshiul: It would be more relevant to tackle correlation
- Bob: The AH is a classic document and it would be better not to change it
  - MM put a lot of work into it
- Bob: The cookbook recommends one way to do ODT
- Mike: 
- Eckhard: Someone from Intel started the discussion about correlation
- Anders: Measurement and correlation are different topics
- Mike: They are somewhat related
  - Discussion of correlation has to talk about fixtures
- Anders: Huawei measures real boards
  - How to correlate that has to be addressed
- Bob: FSV is more relevant
- Anders: features must be defined
  - We have to know what is enough to get and M or S in IQ
- Mike: We left it that way in IQ

Mike: It will be hard to start a correlation handbook in committee
- Getting started is usually easier for one person
- For example, Bob Haller started IQ
- The existing work comes from specific vendors
- Bob: We have to avoid undercutting anyone's business model
- Mike: We could start an outline in the next meeting
